Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Maison Intemporelle offers local pickup, limited local delivery, and buyer-arranged shipping for eligible items.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available by prior arrangement in the Madison/Sun Prairie, Wisconsin area. Please contact Maison Intemporelle before purchasing to confirm availability and arrange a suitable pickup location and appointment. Please do not arrive for pickup without a confirmed appointment.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on the item and delivery location. Please contact Maison Intemporelle before purchasing if you would like to inquire about local delivery.

Nationwide Furniture Shipping

For furniture requiring freight or specialty furniture transport, nationwide shipping must be arranged and paid for by the buyer through the furniture shipper of their choice. Shipping charges are not included in the purchase price unless specifically stated in the listing.

The buyer is responsible for selecting the carrier, arranging and paying for shipping, and obtaining any desired shipping insurance. Maison Intemporelle will reasonably cooperate with the buyer and the buyer’s selected carrier to coordinate pickup of the item.

Once an item has been released to a carrier arranged by the buyer, responsibility for transportation, handling, loss, or damage during transit rests with the buyer and carrier, subject to applicable law.

Furniture purchases requiring specialty transportation are handled through an inquiry process rather than standard online checkout. Buyers are encouraged to obtain transportation quotes and confirm their shipping arrangements before completing their purchase. Maison Intemporelle will provide the information reasonably needed to assist with obtaining shipping quotes.

Smaller Shippable Items

Smaller décor and other items that can be shipped by standard parcel carrier may have shipping options and charges displayed at checkout or specified in the individual product listing.

Before Purchasing

Because many Maison Intemporelle pieces are one-of-a-kind vintage or antique furnishings, buyers are encouraged to contact us before purchasing if they have questions about pickup, delivery, or shipping arrangements.
