Maison Intemporelle specializes in vintage, antique, previously owned, and one-of-a-kind furnishings and décor. Due to the unique nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds for changes of mind, fit, color, size, or other buyer preferences.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe each piece, including its age, condition, dimensions, materials, and any known imperfections. Vintage and antique items naturally show signs of age and previous use. These characteristics are part of their history and are not considered defects. Photographs are an important part of each item's description, and buyers are encouraged to review all photographs and measurements carefully before purchasing.

Material Misrepresentation

If you believe an item you received was materially misrepresented in its listing, please contact Maison Intemporelle promptly after receipt of the item. Include photographs and a description of the issue. We will review the matter and, when appropriate, work with you toward a resolution.

Minor variations in color due to lighting, photography, or display settings, as well as normal age-related wear that was visible or disclosed in the listing, do not constitute misrepresentation.

Pickup, Delivery & Buyer-Arranged Shipping

Buyers are responsible for confirming that an item's dimensions are suitable for their intended space and that the item can be moved through doorways, stairways, elevators, and other access points.

For furniture transported by a third-party carrier arranged by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for selecting the carrier and arranging and paying for transportation. Buyers are encouraged to obtain appropriate shipping insurance directly from their carrier.

Once an item has been released to the buyer's selected carrier, responsibility for transportation, handling, loss, or damage during transit rests with the buyer and carrier, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
